1 medium sized, tuna fishfillet
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 fresh onions, chopped
salt, pepper to taste
banana leaves
Cut the back of the fish fillet lenghtwise. Combine tomatoes, onion and seasoning. Mix well. Stuff the filling in the fish.
Wrap with banana leaves and broil in the charcoal or an oven. Serve with calamansi (small lemon) and soy sauce.
